I like how the second one points out how macs have no new games that run natively in OSX.

Whats with all of these kids hating Macintosh computers, for a lack of fucking games. Id say its just immature and ignorant of them.

People that use their computer for gaming, not just work. Apple does not go after game developers like Microsoft does. That is one reason that they don't have as many games on their OS. Also they only use open GL vs windows which has both open GL and DX.

If Apple wanted to go after Microsoft and do some damage they need to get games for they OS and they need to give up intel macs. They should release OS X so it can run on all x86 computers. Now we get a legit OS war. And both parties will benefit from the competition. I would like to see this happen because microsoft has become lazy from years of no major competition. And they need competition in order to have a reason to make good products, and not release garbage like windows Vista and ME.

The reason Mac OS cant run on all x86 machines is because Apple inc. makes all their own hardware. Microsoft just buys theirs from other companies.

Not exactly. Mircosoft only makes the OS. They do not buy or make hadware. Apple pays other companies to make their hardware. The only reason that OSX will not run on a PC is Apple crippled it so it would only run on their hardware. They want the money from the hadware sales as well as the os sales. The Intel mac and a Dell have the same hardware. One could say that the Intel mac is a PC. The hardware for an Intel mac can be purchased on newegg.com. Theortically OSX could be installed on any x86 compatible computer and it should run fine. But Apple made it so it will only work on the hardware that is in the mac.
