How to download YouTube Movies on a mac in 10 easy steps

1. to go the movie on youtube using Safari

2. when the page is loaded press "Option"+"Command"+"A"

3. if you have multiple tabs open then there will be multiple
things in here, look for the one that is named the same as the
video you want to download

4. click on the triangle

5. look for an item in the list called "get_video"

6. double click on that item

7. now the movie will begin to download

8. when the download is done add ".flv" on the end of it

9. convert the movie using a converted like iSquint

10. enjoy

Do know of a firefox plugin that will do this?

no. I don't use Firefox it is slow.

Oh ya. The new apple browser is supose to be very fast. I guess I'll find out about that soon enought.
